I was actually 3rd in my age group for the run with a time of 43:48 for the Canada Day 8k :) A personal victory for me :). Thank you for all you for helping me achieve a goal I can be proud of. This whole "sole experience" has really pushed me to be better. I'm exited to do another race. Thank you for showing me how amazing running can be and what my body is capable of if I put my mind to it. You rock!
Until next time, Kim Kreut
