We’ll be getting ready for a Fall Half Marathon in October. SOLE will not only get you there, you will enjoy the process more than you ever thought possible.

Multiple pace groups lead by experienced run leaders. Runs are mostly on roads, some path but always fun!

  • July 9th to October 5
  • 13 weeks
  • Thursdays Speed/Strength 6:30pm
  • Sundays Long Run 9:00am
