Perfect for first-timers or those looking for a PB

We’ll be getting ready for a Half Marathon in October, 2018 and many from the group will be traveling to run the Victoria Half. SOLE will not only help get you there, you will enjoy the process more than you ever thought possible. Multiple pace groups lead by experienced run leaders. Thursday evenings are designed to help you become a stronger runner over the half marathon distance. The Sunday long runs are different each week, mostly on roads, some path but always fun!


  • 12 weeks
  • July 15 – Sept 30, 2018
  • Thursdays speed/strength 6:30pm
  • Sundays long run 9:00am
  • 12 week training program
