We’ll be getting ready for the BMO Vancouver Half Marathon in May. SOLE will not only get you there, you will enjoy the process more than you ever thought possible. Multiple pace groups lead by experienced run leaders. Runs are mostly on roads, some path but always fun! Includes a long run on the race route.


  • 14 weeks
  • January 28 – April 29, 2018
  • Thursdays speed/strength 6:30pm
  • Sundays long run 9:00am
