Now that you Got Your Run On! we are going to help you Keep Your Run On!
We will continue to build endurance and keep consistency with your running in a fun, supportive group. We will use Natural Walk Breaks and shift to measuring by distance. The 6 sessions also come with a training plan that will take you to a 5k race in August or 10k in September if you choose and you will be ready for SOLE + September 12.
(Participants should be capable of a run/walk for 40 minutes)
- 6 weeks of Wednesday night group runs
- 10 week training program
- July 5 to Aug 9
- Wed 6:00pm
$40 for 6 session, $8 drop-in
*Drop-ins are welcome, just give us a call to see if your running fits in with where we are in our program.
