Pilates On The Pier

Start your summer with a morning run along the river path followed by Pilates next to the water.

The run is 30 minutes and is optional. The Pilates is a progressive series of 8 sessions and is suited for the beginner to advanced. We are very fortunate to welcome back Melissa of B.Pilates as our instructor.

Includes:

  • 8x Mondays and Thursdays
  • The run starts from Sole Experience at 6:00am
  • Pilates starts at 6:30 and is finished at 7:00am.
  • July 4 to July 28
