Want run workouts with some spice? Have fun doing run workouts with a group, not the same as just running out the door, SOLE+ brings the heat on Tuesday nights! Multiple pace groups, and the PLUS is a variety of stretch & core, including SOLE Breath yoga for runners as well as Pilates post run. This will help keep you running strong and injury resistant.
