MULTIPLE PACE GROUPS INCLUDING RUN/WALK
Have fun doing speed type workouts within a group lead by experienced run leaders. You don’t have to consider yourself fast just the desire to be better. Every Tuesday is different but they are all designed to improve your speed and strength as a runner. Drop in’s welcome!
