Half Marathon Training
HALF-MARATHON | PERFECT FOR FIRST-TIMERS OR THOSE LOOKING FOR A PB
You don’t need to race to enjoy the fitness that comes from Half-Marathon training. Multiple pace groups lead by experienced run leaders.
Thursday evenings are designed to help you become a stronger runner over the Half-Marathon distance. Sunday long runs are different each week—building mileage gradually. We will be training for a fall Half with many in the group running the Victoria Half Marathon October 13.
