HALF MARATHON TRAINING
Perfect for first-timers or those looking for a PB
We will get you ready for the BMO Vancouver Half Marathon in May, 2020, but you don’t need to enter a race to enjoy the fitness that comes from half Marathon training. Multiple pace groups lead by experienced run leaders keep you on track while having fun. Thursday evenings are designed to help you become a stronger runner over the half marathon distance. The Sunday long runs are different each week, building mileage gradually.
