HALF-MARATHON | PERFECT FOR FIRST-TIMERS OR THOSE LOOKING FOR A PB
You don’t need to race to enjoy the fitness that comes from half-marathon training. Multiple pace groups lead by experienced run leaders. Thursday evenings are designed to help you become a stronger runner over the half-marathon distance. Sunday long runs are different each week—building mileage gradually. We will be training for a fall half-marathon with many in the group running the BMO Vancouver Half Marathon May 5.
