Multiple pace groups, including run/walk
Have fun doing run workouts with a group. Every Tuesday is different but they are all designed to improve your speed and strength as a runner. The PLUS portion is a variety of stretch & core, including SOLE Breath yoga for runners post run. This will help keep you running strong and injury resistant. Drop in’s welcome!
